Studio S27, Inc. began in 1998 as a graphic design studio specializing in commercial art and film. Since then, Studio S27 has evolved into a full service design studio offering services in planning, redevelopment, and restoration in the following four areas:

     1. Real Estate Development
     2. Historic Preservation/Restoration
     3. Disaster Recovery
     4. Urban Planning

Services include, but are not limited to, serving as a project manager for redevelopment of a railroad station (Real Estate Development), providing oversight on a church restoration (Historic Preservation/Restoration), consulting with homeowners on how they can strengthen their home for an upcoming hurricane season (Disaster Recovery), and developing a streetscape plan to reflect the historic past of a coal mining town (Urban Planning).

As a studio specializing in these four areas, we have the expertise and resources to oversee everything once the floodwaters recede to the “OPEN” sign being placed in the window.
