Kalyan Parker, Inc. was formed in 2007 to provide support services for Studio S27, Inc. Services include, but are not limited to: graphic design, architectural models, photography, and conceptual work (illustration).
 

Graphic Design

Kalyan Parker provides basic graphic design services in print media; most particularly in the format of promotional materials. Work is limited to producing layouts, not marketing. Examples of layouts in print media includes producing a new shareholder’s report, restaurant menu, or a museum brochure. Kalyan Parker does not do logo development, branding, and/or marketing (such as a new logo for a baseball team or a website).

All orders  must provide text and logos in order to be accepted.

Architectural Models

Kalyan Parker provides a wide range of architectural models for all types of developments: residential, commercial, and/or industrial. Architectural models can also be completed for redevelopment work as well. more...

Photography

While fine art photography is always taking place here at Studio S27, Kalyan Parker also provides general and/or black & white photography for most architectural assignments. A specialty of Kalyan Parker is documenting before and after phases of a project.

Conceptual Work (Illustration)

Conceptual Work supports Urban Design. Urban Design supports Urban Planning.

Urban design addresses the built environment, whether it’s enhancing a streetscape, expanding a college campus, or improving an interstate corridor. To illustrate this, conceptual work takes place in the form of producing graphic designs, architectural models, photography, and/or drawings. Conceptual work is what sells the proposal to the prospective client, the same way a book cover entices a potential buyer. more...
 

Art History and Architecture Tours

It is no surprise we find art interesting and enjoyable. Art and design, after all, is the very foundation of Studio S27. New for this year, Kalyan Parker, Inc. has started presenting art history tours in the City of Chicago.
